The Graduate Route lets eligible graduates stay in the UK after finishing studies to work or look for work for up to two years (three years for doctoral graduates). It does not require a job offer or sponsorship. A solicitor practises in this area by checking eligibility, collecting documents, and submitting the online application to the Home Office, then advising on conditions, changes of status, and future visa options.

“My family have worked with RFB for 30+ years, multi-generationally. We specifically used their Immigration Team, in particular Beatrice De Burgh, through-out my wife's immigration from fiance to spouse to ILR through to Nationality - they were quite superb and I recommend them highly for any matter, including immigration. Professional, great advice and guidance and keep your 'case' on track and focused.”
