This work covers visa applications, family and work settlement, asylum and refugee claims, nationality, naturalisation and challenges to enforced removal or deportation by the Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). A solicitor drafts entry-clearance and leave-to-remain applications, prepares British Nationality Act 1981 registration and naturalisation submissions, arranges biometric enrolment, compiles documentary bundles, represents clients at Home Office interviews and at the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), and brings appeals and judicial-review claims in the Administrative Court where appropriate. The practice is shaped by the Immigration Act 1971 and subsequent immigration legislation, Home Office policy guidance and tribunal case law, sponsor licence and Sponsorship Management System rules for employers, and evidential credibility at interview and hearing.

“When it comes to VISA Applications it is best to leave seasoned professional guide us and communicate with the immigration services. They know what to do, what not to do, the pitfalls to avoid. Chris at Boyes Turner gave me all of this: correct information, always punctual and courteous, but also to the point which is really useful. Result: a successful application. Thank you!”
