Due to many contributing factors we had a very long sale process but thankfully we were assigned Karla to manage things for us and she was great. Always contactable and working right to the end of the day and beyond to ensure things kept moving and chasing responses. I told various interested parties the I believed Oliver Williams would be ideal in dealing with our case. I was aware of the normal expectations in dealing with a solicitor, but I hoped for a bit of simple communication and explanation. Oliver Williams exceeded my expectations! Oliver Williams made the choice himself, to use additional communication via the telephone and not just rely email exchanges. Olivers professional approach was aided by his demeanour of listening, entering discussions and explanations of several stages to obtain the required objective. We recently completed our new-build home purchase with Herrington Carmichael, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Our transaction was entirely self-funded and involved several complex stages—from rigorous compliance and source of funds checks to last-minute boundary plan amendments (amended TP1) from the developer's side.
