He made himself very available to liaise with during a very stressful time. His communications were prompt. And my uncle was extremely pleased with his service when he met him. My uncle can be very particular, so the fact he was very happy with Acton’s conduct is a testament to his work ethic. 5/5 stars for positive manner, knowledge, speed and very clear communication. If the company offers any bonuses for their solicitors I’m personally asking that they give him the upper tier of whatever bonuses are available. I do customer service work so I know when someone is doing their role and when they are going above and beyond.
