My first time using a solicitors for a motor accident claim and despite reservations about the process, Adele was clear, thorough and helped guide me through the whole system. Incredibly patient when family issues arose, quick and efficient when given the information needed and explained everything going on each step of the way. Extremely happy with Adelle and Forbes Solicitors, the settlement they achieved was great and their costs/fees very reasonable. Represented by Atif Nazir, I had a very tricky and upsetting personal situation to deal with in which both myself and a relative who is terminally ill were being sued. Given the circumstances, it was a very emotional and distressing time for us all, and despite being made aware of the situation, the other side pursued the case relentlessly right through to the end, leaving the relative incredibly distressed on several occasions and our family with serious concerns as to his welfare. This was a large corporate fish taking on two small fish. Atif guided me expertly through the process, nothing was too much trouble, he was very reasonable, personable and incredibly patient and understanding. Ultimately we were successful in getting the application dismissed and recovering costs. I would not hesitate to recommend him and he would certainly be my first choice if I was to need corporate advice or representation again.

I don’t know if its correct to name the lawyer from this company who aided our situation, but I am going to do it anyway. Sarah-Jane Dunhill is a true legal professional, who lawfully speaking was far better than any doctor in helping to rid us of a long-term pain in the backside. Sometimes the medicine was hard to swallow and yet our particular personal affliction was finally cured by the application of both her in-depth legal knowledge and professional judgement. We are now pain free and we haven’t been able to say that for some considerable time. I would recommend the services of Sarah-Jane Dunhill to anyone!

I’m writing this review today, when I should probably be sat in a prison cell. I think that speaks volumes for Nicola and the team’s work. Having worked with other solicitors firms in the past, the service offered by Cartwright King is phenomenal and I do not believe there are many other people (if any) that could have gotten the same result. The approach taken to the case was well thought out, logical and pre-empted problems before they arose. As a result, the outcome was far greater than I believe anyone ever anticipated. Not discounting the preparation work of the rest of the team, Nicola presented the case effectively and got the job the done. There are not enough words to thank Nicola and the team for their work and I can now look forward to enjoying the next chapter of my life.
