Instructed Hay & Kilner to do Wills, LPAs and tenancy severance as we are currently using them for parent's estate - also, the process was very smooth and first class service. On both appointments we were made welcome and at ease. During those appointments we were treated in a friendly manner and developed a confidence in the procedures. Explanations were not requested as there were no complications and all topics clear. Any we were not sure about before the appointment were cleared up without our having us to speak of them.
