This work in Wales covers drafting or revising a will to reflect the testator’s wishes, appointing executors, and making provisions for dependants and legacy gifts. A Welsh solicitor ensures the will complies with Welsh and English law, checks formal requirements, and advises on tax implications and potential disputes. Guidance includes updating the will after major life events and arranging secure storage of the document, with attention to any local procedures where relevant.

“Although JCP Solicitors has evolved over many years from the original company of Murray, Evans & Clinch that I first used in 1964, the standard of service has never varied from the high level it was then to the same high standard that Cheerie Powell awarded me in the writing of my Will. Her knowledge of all aspects was spectacular giving one the comfort that you were in very safe hands. Thanks for all your help and I'm sure with Solicitors such as Cheerie on your team, your Company will go from strength to strength”
