This work in Wales covers drafting or revising a will to reflect the testator’s wishes, appointing executors, and making provisions for dependants and legacy gifts. A Welsh solicitor ensures the will complies with Welsh and English law, checks formal requirements, and advises on tax implications and potential disputes. Guidance includes updating the will after major life events and arranging secure storage of the document, with attention to any local procedures where relevant.

“Really appreciated the support and guidance from Rachel, not just able to provide honest and clear guidance but was really just able to listen when I think that was what I needed the most. My concerns were treated compassionately and with empathy whilst giving me the direction I needed to move forward and I feel that I am back in control now. Thank you, cannot recommend highly enough!”
