Obviously, a difficult time for the Family. However, Kavita Ryatt ensured all process were handled efficiently & with a minimum of fuss. Although the process became further complicated with issues associated with myself & brother Paul Kreyling executing the will, Kavita handled all matters with discretion & excellent professional advice as required.

I have known Hawley & Rodgers, Loughborough and therefore David Rodgers from my professional life for many years and subsequently personal life. They, and in particular Michelle Frisby and her team, have 'held my hand' through differing, sometimes complicated, matters relating to property. They have undertaken probate for me which was dealt with so sympathetically and quickly by Caroline Williams. In addition they have taken care of our Wills guiding us to help us achieve what we wished. H&R are a most ethical, kind and helpful practice that will only charge a client fair fees which is a great comfort. Needless to say I recommend the practice to everyone, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for legal advice.

I want to thank Acton Afonso for his thoroughness and speed in handling my uncle’s case. We needed a will properly drafted and signed asap and Acton was prompt to execute everything we needed. He made himself very available to liaise with during a very stressful time. His communications were prompt. And my uncle was extremely pleased with his service when he met him. My uncle can be very particular, so the fact he was very happy with Acton’s conduct is a testament to his work ethic. 5/5 stars for positive manner, knowledge, speed and very clear communication. If the company offers any bonuses for their solicitors I’m personally asking that they give him the upper tier of whatever bonuses are available. I do customer service work so I know when someone is doing their role and when they are going above and beyond. Acton has gone above and beyond and I imagine that I will be requesting his services in the near future.

Within 48 hours David has drafted 2 versions of a will for my husband to choose from. Spent over 4 hours in hospital with us to make sure that he understood exactly what we were looking for and explaining in clear, understandable English what he had provided for us. Infinite patience when dealing with my frequent phone calls and those of our 3 sons. As others have said, a superb solicitor and his compassion knows no bounds. I will never use anyone else and I will recommend Hope Law unreservedly to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
