Don't ever use this solicitors. 1 year on and still trying to sort my mum's estate. Simple things taking months with no communication. Family having to chase bill etc to try and get things sorted . When we complained the MD said he reviewed the file and his staff were doing nothing wrong. Obviously with other reviews this is not the case as other people have/ are experiencing the same issues . Please don't cause yourself the stress and find a solicitor that will do there job and communicate with you and not take a lifetime to let your love one rest in peace 🕊️

Beecham Peacock handled this for me. I had referrals to one of their panel of medical professionals who did the initial report and also follow up reports during my recovery and treatment period. They quickly had an admission of fault from the company involved and as with all accident cases you only negotiate the settlement after the extent and duration of injury are known. They secured a very satisfactory settlement far higher than I ever expected. Sarah Watson and Victoria Wanless handled my case and I would highly recommend them.

This company were responsible for sorting out probate when a relative died. There was a will so we thought everything would be straight forward, how wrong we were. It has taken 20 months to sort out and then we still keep receiving bills which we had no clue about. In that time we had 3 different solicitors, the second and third solicitors were diabolical. Communication is non existent so you have to constantly ask what is going on, which is usually nothing until you chase them. They make up amounts of money that are owed without producing a breakdown of what the bill is for. They lost documents, and have no empathy with you after losing a relative, to the point of removing the relatives name and giving them a number. I went to the ombudsman about the company and they were selective about what they told them missing out some important issues. The stress caused by this company has been unbelievable, with me actually taking time off work due to stress. We asked them initially to sort out the bills relating to the property as we were so upset and didn’t understand the process. This was our big mistake. We still sorted out the bills ourselves as they didn’t bother, and then they billed us for the emails (very costly emails) . Avoid this company at all costs.
