Thank you Hannah Mostoufi for being so patient and helpful. Having never been in this position before, and being wrongly accused of something that I was innocent of, I was feeling extremely stressed about a pending court case. I really appreciate the time and effort that Hannah took to settle my nerves and reassure me that it would be sorted. I appreciate that fact that payment was clearly explained, and although i opted for the more expensive option, that you did not take full payment, but layered the advise and gave clear options for further works and payments needed of required. Thank you also for chasing up the prosecutors and getting the case dropped. - All in all an excellent experience. Thank you
