I cannot thank Rebecca enough for her support, professionalism and guidance throughout my child arrangements proceedings. This was an incredibly difficult and emotional process for me, but Rebecca remained calm, measured and focused throughout. She always gave honest advice, kept communication clear, and worked hard to ensure the focus stayed where it should, on the children. What stood out most was her ability to balance empathy with realism. She never overpromised but I always felt properly advised and supported at every stage. I am extremely grateful for the support, guidance, and reassurance provided by Andrew, throughout what was one of the most difficult and emotionally draining experiences of my life navigating the court in family law proceedings. Despite significant obstacles to maintaining contact with my child, including contesting international relocation, the advice and commitment I received made it possible to navigate the proceedings. The outcome of securing 50/50 shared care and shared parental responsibility was a positive and pragmatic result in the circumstances, even though it was emotionally challenging to accept the changes that will come when my child starts school. I appreciated the honest and realistic advice given throughout, including around costs, which helped me make sensible decisions to avoid further conflict and expense. Nick and the team were so professional. Nick and Ian were there when I needed it the most, during dark times they were not only professional but compassionate. Being illegally removed under the biases of a lie from my children Nick and Ian were also a light when my world was a mess. With their professional guidance I was able to rebuild my life to better than before. Why you wont regret hiring a Woolley solicitor is when Nick is off a great replacement takes his place during a period he is not available.
