From the start of the process, HCC solicitors went above and beyond. I'd like to say, a very big heart felt thank you, to Nicole and Emma at HCC,they kept me in the loop every step of the way. From updates, checking up to monitor my progress, arranging all the help, making sure I was looked after,and much, much more. A very kind and friendly approach from the start. HCC agreed to take on my case following it being dropped by my previous solicitors. As the previous solicitors felt I wouldn't win my case. HCC did not believe that to be the right decision and helped me to push forward with my case.

They were friendly, very approachable, professional, demonstrated great empathy and supported both my wife and I through every step of the process. Especially when some of the information that had to be relayed by them to us was very difficult to hear.

They took time to explain, in layman's terms, why certain information was required and gave timescales to help manage expectations, which in turn helped to reduce stress and worry, during what was already very stressful and worrying times, due to my diagnosis.

I'm so thankful for the efforts of Mike Molloy and Firdous Patel in helping us win our case and come to a satisfactory settlement with the defendant.

HCC have made a massive difference to how our future looks and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done for us during our journey through the medical negligence claim process.

The initial solicitor was slow and unhelpful and was poor at keeping me updated regarding my case. However, Estelle and Philippa took over my case. Estelle was particularly helpful and reassuring. Regularly updated me and advocated for me.

Estelle surprised me as I’ve worked with all types of solicitors over the years and I found she has been the most professional and efficient. She targets any faults or issues quite quickly and responds on time that helped the process a lot, put me at ease that I didn’t have to keep requesting things or asking for advice, I was kept fully aware at all times, she is truly the best solicitor who knows her work and works with passion you couldn’t want or ask for more than that especially after having an accident..some of us experience trauma and other issues ie prolonged injuries etc and I appreciate Estelle truly taking quick action on sending me to all of my assessments and advising to receive the care I needed at the time she is the best it has changed my whole prospective on injury lawyers and solicitors on a whole. I just want to say a massive thank you to the amazing people who have assisted me during the past year or so. Nicole McCrann especially, she has been such an amazing help and always reassured me and answered any questions whether they were silly or needed more detail. I suffer with mental health issues and to have people in my corner who was able to adapt to my needs and my sons needs has been fantastic and you guys have made this process so much easier for me.
