The team have been very sympathetic and supportive within the past 2.6 years. Since the accident in January 2024 there has been consistent communication and reports on how the case against the driver has been progressing. I know there was difficulty in ensuring the correct compensation figure was agreed but Liz Hayward was particularly efficient and professional in her ability to ensure I received was was deserved.
