handled my will, through the Will Aid scheme professionally and with speed and care.
It had been 30 years since we last reviewed our wills so our circumstances had changed quite a bit. We'd been meaning to organise new wills so when I read about the November charity scheme (wills written for free in return for a donation to charity), we made an appointment. When we started talking to the young lady it soon became clear that our wills would not be covered by that scheme as our change in circumstances meant that they weren't as simple enough to qualify for the scheme. I had half expected that this would be the case. We were quoted for the 2 wills and accepted the quote as we felt it was a reasonable cost. From the original meeting and a couple of other visits to their office, we were always given a friendly, efficient and timely service. So the next time we need some legal work done, Mancini Legal will be our first stop. PS. There's a great chocolate shop below their offices. Another good reason to use this firm

Obtaining a lodged Will - Olivia Clinton receives 10 out of 10 for effort and achievement. Her colleagues not so much. Olivia went on holiday expecting her colleagues to continue handling our requirements. After two weeks of hearing nothing, we started chasing... it wasn't until Olivia returned from holiday that things were properly actioned. All now resolved, Thank you.
