Choose these people over two years ago and did not bother chasing anything up. Passed over to a new solicitor in the company who never bothered to contact me, had to try and chase them to pass on information and have been extremely rude and unhelpful in the process, by a Senior member. They have caused me a lot of stress with an already stressful situation. Avoid. No apology how they have dealt, or not dealt with my case and told that the information I gave them about my accident is their property now and they do not have to give it over, with how I’ve been treated they should of helped me out as a gesture of goodwill for taking two years and not bothering to help me get my claim in elsewhere. So this tells me they have no care for clients and what they are going through. Also had the phone put down on me as I was immediately met on the phone with hostility and no apology from him how this has gone, appalling behavior.
