I would not recommend this firm. I found them to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and unfriendly, and at times their communication came across as rude. This is especially disappointing when you are dealing with matters following a bereavement. I am very glad that I chose to take our case (dealing with probate and managing an estate) to another local solicitor, as the service we received from them was outstanding.
As my mum had used Emma Kelly previously, and spoke of how excellent she was, I then made contact for her to act for me. Emma was quick in responding, got all the details needed for selling and buying my new place, she was also very efficient in her work. Even when Emma wasn’t available someone else would contact you on her behalf. A very professional firm and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to friends and family. Thank you again.
I have used SMR for the sale of my last property with Kelly Mitchel and purchase of my latest property Emma Kelly, and both were amazing. Emma knew i wanted to complete before the end of March prior to the increase in Stamp Duty and she really worked hard to get this done.
