I wanted to personally thank Valerie for her transparency, ease to speak to and for reducing my stress during this purchase. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout what was a very long, difficult and often stressful process of selling a leasehold property subject to the Building Safety Act (BSA).
