The Horsham Mancini team were extremely patient throughout the process of the sale even when regularly dealing with a lack of information, repeatedly dealing with questions that were then repeated, and very unusual requests. They remained professional all times and were supportive, informative and helpful. They went above and beyond what could be described as their duties. I wanted to personally thank Valerie for her transparency, ease to speak to and for reducing my stress during this purchase. Prior to using Mancini Legal, I was with another firm and sadly their service was hugely different and not positive. It’s been refreshing to see that this isn’t the norm and the service I have received has been vastly different and that comes down to the engagement with the staff! I couldn’t recommend Valerie and the team at Mancini Legal highly enough. From start to finish, the level of communication was excellent. Valerie always responded promptly, answered every question I had quickly, and consistently provided reassurance alongside honest, expert advice, which made a huge difference throughout the process. I initially used Mancini for a property purchase that unfortunately fell through due to building legislation requirements that hadn’t been flagged by the estate agent. Valerie went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the issue, giving me complete clarity and confidence at what could have been a very stressful point. Because of that experience, I didn’t hesitate to return to Valerie and the team a few months later for my second attempt at buying, which has now successfully completed. This purchase also came with additional complexity due to the First Homes scheme, but everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with real care and attention. Throughout both experiences, I had 100% confidence in Valerie and the team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty really stood out, and I felt fully supported every step of the way. Very happy with the friendly efficient service. Very good value for money. Fixed price. No hidden extras.Subtracted fees from original quote when realiising some of the work was not necessary. Will always use this firm if we need a solicitor in future.

Mancini have been absolutely amazing, especially in supporting us through a fairly stressful purchase. Rhianna particularly deserves a special mention, as her quick communication helped to alleviate a lot of stress.
