I wanted to personally thank Valerie for her transparency, ease to speak to and for reducing my stress during this purchase. Prior to using Mancini Legal, I was with another firm and sadly their service was hugely different and not positive. It’s been refreshing to see that this isn’t the norm and the service I have received has been vastly different and that comes down to the engagement with the staff! From the reception team (Morgan) and to Marisa who assisted on my case, the whole team / each encounter was positive and meaningful. Thank-you for you support during a stressful time, will be recommending to friends and family!

From start to finish we had a great experience working with manchini legal. They was always on hand when I wanted a question answered. The best solicitors I have worked with.

On the probate side all went as well as expected. We were told of the approximate time it would take & documents required from us were asked for promptly. No issues with this side. Now the selling side was quite different. Unless I emailed for information we did not receive much communication. I think this was partly due to the actual lawyer loosing her secretary/assistant very early on in the proceedings. While I sympathised with this it did not have a good bearing for us. I felt we were ver left out & not updated enough.

Throughout both experiences, I had 100% confidence in Valerie and the team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty really stood out, and I felt fully supported every step of the way.
