Gentleman in 80's knocked down and seriously injured by a car causing fractures and internal injuries, hospitalised and subsequently suffering from pain, incontinence, loss of mobility and cognitive problems lasting over a year. Driver gave inaccurate information to avoid culpability and police report unhelpful, third party insurers adopted their drivers explanation. Nigel Cragg gave a superb personal service, seeing the client in venues persdonally accessible to the client, keeping the client updated and responding immediately to questions and information raised by the client. As a result of detailed and patient work the third party insurers finally accepted the client's version of events and made a substantial damages payout. Would recommend this solicitor and firm without hesitation for a truly personal service with the same known solicitor throughout.”

We purchased a property and Mancini was one of the approved / recommended solicitors. Generally the engagement was professional but we had numerous issues with our help to buy submissions. It came across that the solicitor working on our application didnt know what he was doing. Since then we've found out that multiple documents weren't submitted and have been lost. I'll give Mancini credit in that they have removed the solicitor and followed up to sort it out.

I couldn’t recommend Valerie and the team at Mancini Legal highly enough. From start to finish, the level of communication was excellent.
