On the probate side all went as well as expected. We were told of the approximate time it would take & documents required from us were asked for promptly. No issues with this side. Now the selling side was quite different. Unless I emailed for information we did not receive much communication. I think this was partly due to the actual lawyer loosing her secretary/assistant very early on in the proceedings. While I sympathised with this it did not have a good bearing for us. I felt we were ver left out & not updated enough.

I couldn’t recommend Valerie and the team at Mancini Legal highly enough. From start to finish, the level of communication was excellent. Valerie always responded promptly, answered every question I had quickly, and consistently provided reassurance alongside honest, expert advice, which made a huge difference throughout the process. I initially used Mancini for a property purchase that unfortunately fell through due to building legislation requirements that hadn’t been flagged by the estate agent. Valerie went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the issue, giving me complete clarity and confidence at what could have been a very stressful point. Because of that experience, I didn’t hesitate to return to Valerie and the team a few months later for my second attempt at buying, which has now successfully completed. This purchase also came with additional complexity due to the First Homes scheme, but everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with real care and attention. Throughout both experiences, I had 100% confidence in Valerie and the team. Their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty really stood out, and I felt fully supported every step of the way.
