The Horsham Mancini team were extremely patient throughout the process of the sale even when regularly dealing with a lack of information, repeatedly dealing with questions that were then repeated, and very unusual requests. They remained professional all times and were supportive, informative and helpful. They went above and beyond what could be described as their duties. I am very grateful to Rhianna and Valerie who I felt genuinely wanted to look after my best interests at all times. Wonderful team work and all lovely people to deal with. I wanted to personally thank Valerie for her transparency, ease to speak to and for reducing my stress during this purchase. Prior to using Mancini Legal, I was with another firm and sadly their service was hugely different and not positive. It’s been refreshing to see that this isn’t the norm and the service I have received has been vastly different and that comes down to the engagement with the staff! On the probate side all went as well as expected. We were told of the approximate time it would take & documents required from us were asked for promptly. No issues with this side. Now the selling side was quite different. Unless I emailed for information we did not receive much communication. I think this was partly due to the actual lawyer loosing her secretary/assistant very early on in the proceedings. While I sympathised with this it did not have a good bearing for us. I felt we were ver left out & not updated enough.

I couldn’t recommend Valerie and the team at Mancini Legal highly enough. From start to finish, the level of communication was excellent. If I could give - 5 for a review I would of. After being let down by another solicitor phoned asked if did conveyancing for equity release.They did so sent my details couldn't give me a price .5 working days later still cant give me a price .A solicitor had my stuff but admin girl couldnt get hold of him no idea where he was .I have wasted nearly 2 weeks dealing with this shower .All I kept being told was they are very busy .To busy to even give a quote !Suggest anyone thinking of dealing with this shower avoid like the plague.
