      First-time buyer

I had a great experience with Emsleys handling the conveyancing for my first home purchase. Emma and her team were extremely helpful and supportive throughout, keeping me well informed at every stage. They dealt with matters promptly and efficiently; making the whole experience a positive one. I would happily recommend Emsleys to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

      Poor communication and rude

I found this firm great initially and then the lack of communication was very poor. Was constantly chasing for updates, emails from myself and others not responded to and was given specific information. At times, I found my acting solicitor to be quite rude.

A representative from Emsleys Solicitors Limited responded to this review

Dear Kelly, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we will speak with the team to look into this further. We take communication and client care very seriously, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly. Please contact us on info@emsleys.co.uk so we can address this for you. Kind regards Samantha Marketing Manager

      Exceptional First Class Professional Service

Recommended Emsleys Solicitors by the Housing Developer as my conveyancer. I received Exceptional First Class Professional Service throughout the process. In-depth search report, advice and clear explanations with extra support when needed. Everyone whom I communicated or spoke directly with, was helpful and efficient. Special mention to the front desk, Kathryn Moy my conveyancer and Chris Critchley her colleague. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm along with superb value for money… always a plus when moving home! Thank you Kathryn and team for all your support throughout my move into my new bungalow. One very happy client!

A representative from Emsleys Solicitors Limited responded to this review

Dear Mary, thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing Emsleys! We always strive to provide clear advice and first-class support, so it is wonderful to hear that our entire team, from the front desk to the conveyancing floor, delivered for you. Wishing you all the very best and we are always here if you need us in the future. Kind regards Samantha Marketing Manager
