I used the Denby Dale branch to conduct a review of my will and update and was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my dealing with them, everyone being relaxed and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The process of reviewing our wills and bringing them up to date was excellent. It was a pleasure to conduct the process online, not exactly face to face but that was no problem, our choice. The resultant wills were exactly what we wanted. Cost seemed reasonable compared to some stories we had heard. We chose not to deposit the completed wills. However there was one area of disappointment… admin. The initial process went well, but then elements of communication took on a rather annoying jumble. I appreciate that the company was in the process of moving etc., but the disjointed email trail let things down. Guess it just needs someone to review and oversee adim processes to get it sorted. Despite this glitch, would recommend the service, and we are happy with the practical outcome.

Sukhmani of Holden Smith handled the sale of my brother in laws home from the beginning of July 2025. He was on end of life and there was a risk of everything being frozen if he passed away prior to sale, but he had strong wishes that his sale would take place during his life. Sadly, after signing the contract, he passed away a couple of weeks short of exchange. The sale was still agreed. The buyers still wished to purchase and were prepared to wait pending probate. The proceedings were dealt with as quickly as possible and the sale completed on the 26th November 2025. It was an emotional time but Sukhmani and team dealt with everything professionally and with patience, care and support. A big thank you from the family

Just a short line to say thank you for the super-efficient conveyance you did for me. Your company certainly performed. Absolutely the worst people I have dealt with. If you are looking for honesty and a trustworthy team to get you through the house-buying process, then please avoid these. I had the worst experience ever, and the Branch Manager in Elland is an horrendous person to deal with, who was mainly anonymous and when he was present, either ignored or misled things. I can honestly say that the whole company just want the money. I have made complaints, and nobody even responds to these. Awful Awful Awful!!!!! If you want to feel at ease during the purchase of your property, these are not the people to use.

Fantastic service provided by the conveyancing team. Special thanks to Lucy, Lauren and Tilly. I was let down by my mortgage advisors and had no clue as to what the next steps were, in order to repay my HTB loan to the government and remortgage, I was lost. Lauren immediately took ownership and went above and beyond her normal role to sort every detail of the application. Without her, I wouldn’t have been able to complete this procedure.
