A fantastic experience from start to finish. The mock tribunal was both informative and engaging, providing a realistic and practical perspective on employment law and workplace decision-making. Simon and David were excellent! Knowledgeable, approachable and tailored the experience perfectly for our audience. And we had of course fun along the way! I would highly recommend it to any organisation looking to build confidence and capability in this area.

I honestly cannot recommend Simon and Isabelle highly enough. They supported me through my redundancy settlement agreement after what had already been several incredibly worrying and stressful weeks. From the very first conversation, I felt like I was in safe hands. Everything was handled professionally, clearly and efficiently, but what really stood out for me was the personal touch. Having a friendly, reassuring person at the end of the phone made such a difference. Simon has a fantastic sense of humour and somehow managed to make the whole process feel completely stress-free — something I certainly didn’t think would be possible when it all began! Simon & the team were great to deal with. As someone who has had very few dealings with solicitors, this was a nerve wracking situation made much easier by Simon’s kind & knowledgeable manner. His honesty was refreshing & this helped me with my decision enormously. The speed with which everything happened was very helpful; from the initial phone call to the final submission of documents.
