Very bad service for an existing customer
Having used Thomson Bancks for 30 odd years having had our house deeds with them and done our wills and power of attorney when I phoned them on the 20th May to use them for a house transaction and Codicil to my will I was told they could not take on my case as their files were full . I was so cross telling them after using them for all those years they couldn’t accommodate me . When I looked up about their files were full it said that the firm was full to capacity but existing customers should be given priority. Disgusted
