I worked with Kay on a complex and emotionally difficult employment settlement earlier this year, and I can't recommend her highly enough. What I valued most was her honesty. From the first conversation, she was clear-eyed about the strengths and weaknesses of my position and gave me real advice rather than what I wanted to hear.
