With over 29 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Elisabeth is known for delivering practical, reliable and client-focused legal advice at every stage of the process. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on approach make her a valued member of our busy conveyancing department. Experience and Expertise Elisabeth has particular expertise in: Investment portfolio transactions and probate sales Handling complex or unusual conveyancing matters Preparing contract documentation and reviewing title papers Conducting and analysing property searches Raising and responding to standard enquiries Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Managing post-completion requirements, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
