Experience and Expertise Elisabeth has particular expertise in: Investment portfolio transactions and probate sales Handling complex or unusual conveyancing matters Preparing contract documentation and reviewing title papers Conducting and analysing property searches Raising and responding to standard enquiries Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Managing post-completion requirements, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications

Conveyancing Work on Land Registry Title Deeds Requisition
