Herrington Carmichael were brilliant throughout. Holly Bray, our solicitor was always very helpful along with the rest of the team. Nicole Allen was also really good on completion day.

Unfortunately there were quite a few mistakes and miscommunication which led to a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. This culminated on our moving day when the solicitors lost our balance of £280k and we had to wait over 3 hours with distressed animals for them to acknowledge they had been looking on the wrong screen.
