Absolutely faultless Conveyancing Solicitors
I have moved 25 times and can honestly say this was the most difficult move with chain difficulties but I was lucky enough to have the very best Solicitors in Herrington Carmichael. Efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Herrington Carmichael handled the conveyancing for my sale and purchase. Their initial welcome pack was very thorough and initially overwhelming, but they were able to explain what was required and as soon as they had all they needed, they got straight to work. Within a very short time they sent a search pack and draft contracts and communicated thoroughly throughout, on both sale and purchase.

Absolutely amazing service
We were recommended to use Herrington Carmichael by the developers we were purchasing from, and we are glad we took up the recommendation. We had a reasonably lengthy chain and were under pressure to complete quickly. The service we received from all members of the team was excellent.
