Chloe, You’ll never know how amazing you are!
Chloe Knight has gone above and beyond for us during the sale and purchase of our properties. Updates every step of the way, (which was greatly appreciated!) chasing up buyers solicitors when they were delaying in responding and just taking the time to explain things which didn’t make sense to me straight away, she had been amazing!
Chloe, we can not recommend you enough… so much so that our sales assistant from the new property said she is going to use you as you have been fantastic! Thank you for everything!!

Conveyancing of my fathers property.
I want to thank Chloe for her time, professionalism and patience for what has been a rather protracted transaction. She has reassured me through this process as I was representing my father for the sale. She has been empathetic when dealing directly with my father, which was outstanding.

Amazing service (house sale and purchase)
Chloe Knight / Bridge McFarland was recommended to us by a friend, and we’re so glad we chose them! Chloe was absolutely amazing from start to finish, very professional and polite, with well written and friendly emails. She kept us updated frequently and did everything she could to make both the sale and purchase go through as smoothly and quickly as possible. The solicitor on our buyer’s side was a bit slack and Chloe made sure to chase them up at the right time, if she didn’t the whole process might have been delayed. We are so grateful for the service Chloe provided and felt really lucky to have her on our side!
