Right through from contacting Steve to Lucy attending both times & Ashleigh attending the final time as a witness I cannot fault the service received. In a situation which we at first believed to be a little unusual, with worries regarding the complexity which may lay before us. Lucy reassured us every step of the way. Excellent communications, friendly and timely. Great contact with solicitor, house sale and purchase managed well, no issues, very satisfied.

This company represented the seller of my new home. It was my fifth property purchase and also the worst experience I have had. A week before completion they just stopped communicating with my solicitor, the estate agent and the seller said they had been quiet with him too. I had an awful weekend not knowing if I was moving or whether I needed to cancel my removals because they weren't communicating. On the day before completion they were still being awkward and saying they weren't ready to exchange and my seller had to put his shoes on and go to their offices to sort out what it was that was holding up proceedings as he was wanting completion too. Finally they exchanged on the afternoon prior to completion and I was able to let my removal company know they were okay to come. From the perspective of both seller and buyer it was an appalling service. I'd not be happy if my solicitor treated my purchaser with such disrespect not to mention the way they treated him and kept him in the dark. Not the way a decent solicitors works, I'd avoid at all costs rather than let them loose with any kind of conveyancing work!

Efficient solicitors with excellent communication. I have used them on two occasions and will definitely use them again in future. The whole team are kind, considerate and very professional. Huge thanks everyone at Pepperells, particularly (most recently) Malcolm, Cheryl, Amy, Parminder, Suzie, Laura and Stacey.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.
