Dispute Resolution
In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly provided with an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.
