The Caring Solicitor
Going through a divorce can be a very emotional, exhausting experience. I was fortunate to have Nicola representing me through a challenging time and I can honestly say that I would not have coped without her. She is quick to identify the nub of a problem and seems instinctively to know the best and most direct route to successfully solving it. She is always calm and logical and her years of experience ensure that she is well-respected in her field. Her high level of emotional intelligence allows her to provide sympathetic reassurance and support whilst ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients. My Messy Divorce
I really can not thank Nicola & Lauren for all they have done for me over the last few months, every detail was dealt with so professionally, i was never in doubt or concerned with the advice and service they were giving, it was always 100%.

Divorce advice
I contacted Hedges and Nicola in particular through a recommendation. Nicola has provided me with lots of great advice in one of the most stressful of times. Not only was Nicola excellent with the advice given on our initial engagements, Nicola has been sending lot of useful information to support me along my divorce process and mediation.

Hedges for Divorce
I approached Hedge’s to discuss how to go about divorce proceedings. I had a timely response and booked an appointment to discuss my situation. Nikki was absolutely fabulous, she was empathetic, made me feel secure, and I felt for the first time that someone had my back, was on my side, believed me, and would do anything they could to get a satisfactory resolution for myself and my daughter. The process was quick and as painless as possible, with very sympathetic correspondence throughout. Since then she has always been there to provide ongoing advice and check everything is still OK. Absolutely invaluable support, I could not have gone through this without them.

Empathy with professional support
Meeting Nikki Poole allowed me to sleep soundly that same night for the first time in months. She listened to what i told her about the lack of contact with my young daughter and she seemed to understand very quickly what my situation was. From the comments she made and the questions she asked me, I was reassured that she had fully digested how the situation had arisen from a false accusation of DV. She has given me hope that things will get better at the next court hearing. Her follow up to the initial meeting has been quick and efficient and she has been pro-active in chasing up the adminstration of justice. Having had experience of at least 4 other solicitors/barristers, my confidence has been restored that finally i may get a fair outcome.

Empathy, support and excellent guidance
During an extremely emotional marriage breakdown I was recommended to Nicola Poole by a friend and work colleague.
