Paul and the team were great from start to finish, communication was quick and clear and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. Chris who managed the exchange and completion was brilliant, kept us fully up to date on the progress (or lack of it from time to time) and we could see that she really cared about getting things sorted for us. Paul and his team came recommended to me and were thorough and attentive, chasing and following up paperwork when necessary and keeping me updated. If someone was out of the office other members of staff took over and each as knowledgable as the others on my file,. These details were particularly important to me as I was purchasing from abroad and the time difference didn't always accommodate me waiting to speak to someone else etc. Great service.
