Georgina set out the deal very clearly and her communication throughout made it very easy for the sellers to understand all aspects of the deal. Her advice was commercial and always with the end goal of selling the business in mind.
Overall, I would say the overall approach, advice and responsiveness made a key difference in the whole process and contributed to the success of the transaction. We would certainly recommend.

This was not an easy deal due to sensitivities around ownership and the circumstances for the business coming to market.
From start to finish George and her team were excellent. George set out the legal framework of the deal very clearly and was always responsive to any queries or issues that arose. The advice was clear and always commercial, not just based around the law, and understanding the deal in its entirety and the ultimate goal.
All communication was very user-friendly, and the firm’s dealings with any people within the business were always sensitive and professional.
I would certainly recommend George and team.
