Team Leader of the Commercial and Corporate Team, Tim is based at the Firm's Colchester office but will be pleased to meet clients at any of our office locations or their premises. Since joining the Firm in 2016 Tim has worked with a wide range of clients advising on commercial arrangements from simple terms and conditions of sale to national franchise agreements and international agency arrangements. In terms of corporate work Tim has expertly overseen many business sales and acquisitions, ranging in value from tens of thousands through to £30m. No matter the size of deal all Tim's client receive his detailed advice and commercial awareness to ensure they receive the best outcome possible. Tim also provides guidance and advice to charities, dealing in this complex area of law to ensure that charities and their trustees do not fall foul of the intricate rules and obligations regulated by the charity commission. Tim is a trustee of 3 charities and can therefore call upon not only his legal knowledge but also practical experience when advising charities.
