Experiences of having a will written
My wife and I decided to update our wills. She leaned towards a cheaper procedure done over the phone whilst I wanted a proper solicitor even though there was a gulf between prices charged. Comparing our first wills, which were written some 15 years ago by a professional will writing company, long gone now, with the ones drawn up by Red Kite, there is no similarities. Red Kite have produced a comprehensive set of documents which we are both very pleased with. I have marked Red Kite down a star simply because responses to e-mails were poor, often taking several days for a response. Other than that, I consider this as money well spent and shall not hesitate to use this firm again should the need arise.
