Making ones will is a necessary & wise thing to do, but not the easiest. In my will I had some tricky conditions to address. Emily made this experience smooth, with her knowledge and compassion, listening to me explaining my reasons. She was happy to consult with a senior partner on an issue, this showed her being proactive on something she was not sure about and sought more experienced support. I respect that approach.
I would recommend Emily and seek her professional expertise again.

A dreadful experience with Red Kite Porthcawl. A simple will preparation that was executed in a very disorganised way and involved 3 different people, they overcharged and did work that was unnecessary.
Would not acknowledge or address concerns at branch level, found Thier honesty lacking and it took 10 weeks for a response to complaints, still unresolved several months later. avoid unless you like writing and stress.
