Very professional, efficient service we cannot recommend Tegen enough

From the very beginning to the end of our experience with Redkite they were fantastic. We had a variety of different issues which meant there were a few different departments involved but they all worked together as a team and delivered the outcome we wished for. We would also like to thank Rhian Davies and Steve Koukos. However Tegen Quinn she was incredible and worked tirelessly to a very strict deadline and went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful for that. Tegen was polite courteous and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her communication with us was amazing and always kept us updated with any new information, we never had to chase once for information. Tegen was very professional and is a credit to Redkite we will be recommending Redkite and Tegen to our friends.
We have used Redkite several times and each time they have been fantastic. Thank You Diolch

called for an intitial appointment on wednesday last week, was told i would get a callback in 48hrs, i called back on friday and was told i would get a call by the end of the day or first thing monday. this was involving wills and probate. i've not been called back. being a disabled person i can't get around easily and considering the sensitive nature of my inquiry and the need for prompt timing i would have thought a reputable solicitors would have been on top of it. not happy at all with this service.
