Probate
I used Charlotte's mum on a matter many years ago and she was very good at sorting my problem. I think that Charlotte's learnt a lot from her mother because she treated my parents with a lot of respect whilst working on this probate job. I will definitely use her on any future legal matters.

Good experience overall, but the offices need to talk to each other!
Charlotte was great, and made everything super easy and straightforward. The only issue was being hounded for a follow up appointment by the various offices despite already having one booked in, which I advised them of a couple of times but still kept getting calls.

Every time you telephone the office the receptionist are very polite and helpful, I could not fault anything about pepperellls .
