Couldn’t have asked for more
From the initial steps of organising a solicitor to completion I have had a fantastic experience with Devonalds , this is the second time we have used Devonalds for a house purchase however this time round was even easier as communication and work to complete was all able to be done online via app.
We had regular communication with our solicitor and any issues or difficulties was explained and handled stress free.
We are very pleased with all Nicky did for us and would like to say thanks for being attentive and helpful.
We will definitely want to come back for another property purchase in the near future.

Top quality service

Simple but tedious
Using the app to fill out all the necessary documentation was simple but tedious.
Having said that, it functioned well enough and I have no complaints as regards the final outcome.
Would I use Devonalds again? Without doubt, yes.

Excellent service
We have just used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy a house. Nicky has been with us every step of the way, explaining and guiding us through the process, and always quickly responded to any of our queries or questions (and there was a lot). He was professional and polite at all times, yet there was a friendly warmth about him and his interactions with us. Very impressed with the app and the ability to sign and confirm most documents through this which made accessibility so much easier when working full time. I would highly recommend this company and especially Nicky and would definitely use them again in the future if required. Thank you Nicky and the wider Devonalds team!
