We used Churchers over the past few months for remortgages, purchase of a property, sale of a property and lease extension. It was complex and it was difficult dealing with a number of third parties! However Tebo and Louise Stephens made the process (almost) stress free! They were extremely pleasant to deal with. Their charges I feel were fair (particularly in contrast to the high London Estate Agents fees). We will definitely be using them again. I would thoroughly recommend them.
