Kelly and her team completed the conveyancing of my sale and purchase of my new home, and I have given a 5 star review as there was nothing I could fault them with. Throughout the process I was always able to receive a reply to all of my questions very quickly, in most cases the same day. I was given advice and supported throughout, communication was excellent.
I would highly recommend Kelly/ Churchers solicitors, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing service
As a first time buyer, this whole experience has been new to me. Kelly was amazing throughout the process and always had my best interests at heart. Kelly was excellent and explained everything to me so I was aware what was happening. Kelly was also always at the end of the phone when I needed to ask something and was a great help.
I'm so thankful for Kelly guiding me through this process and I could recommend her enough.

It was a pleasure to witness the support and understanding shown by both Lucy and Holly. Lucy reacted to her client in crisis by talking him down on many occasions whilst being subjected to verbal abuse both before and after his appearance. Holly showed concern and supported Lucy, myself and my family members.
What I saw from them was compassion, empathy and an understanding that went well beyond their job description and showed they are a massive asset to your organisation

Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.
