Spurious Damages Claim

Mr Bryan put us immediately at ease on our first meeting. The claim was subject to a Limitation clause, and Mr Bryan informed the other solicitor as such!
His professionalism countered every further intimidation. Eventually their claim petered out!

My solicitor was Beverley Gent, I had a 13 month court case which was extremely stressful, Beverley was always there to answer any questions, was so friendly to deal with, would put me at ease and I could tell that she wanted the best for me.
