Amanda was extremely professional, helpful and friendly actually making an appointment to see me at home at the end of her day 'in the office'. Power of Attorney explained carefully and in detail which made it easy for me to make an immediate decision to proceed. Charges were explained and agreed. All necessary paperwork was received promptly. A second home visit agreed to enable my son and me to sign the necessary documents. A very big thank you for to Amanda for her guidance and advice.

I was recommended to Churchers by a friend. I called and was asked to email details to see if they could assist. One week on no response. I called again and was told my email was stuck in the system and to resend and would be in touch as soon as possible. I did as asked, again no response. A few more days pass and I recieve an email saying they could not help this time.
Very unprofessional way of dealing with things, why not say in the first instance? Wasted time. Would not use in future.
