Thorough & Tenacious
I had a very complex leasehold purchase which involved some quite difficult and evasive parties. Teresa stuck to her guns and always had my best interests - both short term and long term - as the central foundation of the transaction. Since completing my purchase I feel relieved and grateful that the protections that Teresa strongly suggested might prove to be very prudent.

Conveyancing and Probate
I used Churchers Solicitors to assist me with my late fathers estate. I found the whole team to be extremely courteous and understanding and everything was clearly explained in layman's language throughout the entire process. All calls and emails were swiftly returned and every interaction was both very professional and also friendly and supportive, much appreciated over such a sensitive situation. The sale of the property and the probate process have both been handled superbly, my sincere thanks go to Teresa Redstone and Tracey Downton for the conveyancing work and particularly to Amanda Pardey for her superb support and guidance in overseeing the whole process of winding up of my late fathers estate.

Friendly, approachable , efficient.
