Another family member originally organised our first meeting on this matter resulting in a difficult start as only one person had had input in passing on facts. Millie soon realised on speaking to the whole family that she was missing vital relevant information, so the meetings proceeded in the correct vein from that point, resulting in the correct outcome for the family and the beneficiary of the Life Trust in particular. Millie was professional and knowledgeable throughout despite some difficult situations.

I can't recommend highly enough, the advice and support received from Jo Gilholm and her team was invaluable, I was even given advise after office hours too which only proves that this company go above and beyond, without the excellent advice from Jo I would have been up the proverbial with no paddle, I honestly can't thank Churchers enough, from the start they have gave me excellent advice and acted with empathy and the utmost professionalism, they translated the foreign language of law into words I understood which without I would be all at sea. Jessica Measham was recommended to my wife and I for updating our Wills and are extremely pleased with the service received.
Our wishes were rather complicated as we have separate families but also wanted to keep things as simple as possible.
Jessica was excellent at doing just that, and was able to translate our wishes into a simple to understand format.
She explained clearly the technical tax implications, legal niceties and effects of framing our Wills in a certain way, encouraged us to go away and consider our draft Wills and to change our minds about things and discuss them as much as we needed.
We always felt understood and in control of the whole process.
We now both feel at ease at having updated Wills which we feel now reflects our wishes, and with the professional and approachable manner in which they were done. Money well spent, too!

I just need a lawyer to witness some documents, called 2 weeks in advance but they always said they will call back later. Tried calling 3 times since then but always the same answer and made me explain from the beginning. After more than 1 week they said there is no schedule until August. So why didn't they say from the beginning that there was no schedule so we could look for another place. Seems like a small service with little money so no one wants to do it!
