Child protection care order
After a what seemed like a long 6 months Louise was brilliant and we are now on a supervision order and stepped down. Louise was very helpful with any questions

Absolutely brilliant
Louise jack has been my family’s solicitor for nearly 3 years and I could not of done all the court hearings on my own she has been absolutely brilliant my children are still with me

If I ever need to use a solicitor again, there is no doubt in my mind that I would use Louise.
I would also like to say a huge thankyou to Louise Jack. Louise’s support and guidance was fantastic. She talked me through every stage of the process and explained it to me in terms I could understand. She sent me reports, assessments etc, that she received, to me as soon as she could. She calmed me down when I got a bit hotheaded and needed to be calm for court. Louise understood me and seemed to know what I was thinking so was always a fantastic support. If she didn’t agree with what I was thinking or saying, she would explain to me why and put a different perspective on it. She put my views across brilliantly in court and I am extremely grateful to her.
If I ever need to use a solicitor again, there is no doubt in my mind that I would use Louise.

Couldn't imagine a better solicitor!
Louise has been and continues to be phenomenally professional, zealous and incredibly helpful. Always on hand to offer the very best advice and support. Her calm and empathetic approach reassures greatly in the times of need and she goes above and beyond to help guide, advise and encourage. She has offered clear and honest advice from the beginning. She has made legal jargon easy to understand and follow and has been a fantastic communicator, responding quickly to emails in a friendly and personable manner. I couldn't hope for a better solicitor.
Louise has been exceptional and I would highly recommend her personally, and the firm. Absolute first class service, would definitely choose Louise and Churches again.
