We contacted Churchers (Fareham) as we required assistance with the lease of a commercial property we were acquiring. We received a response the same day and assigned to Melissa. From the very first conversation with Melissa, we were made to feel reassured and supported - this continued right up until we signed at end. She really knows her stuff and pushes to get the best results for her client. Could not fault anything during our experience - staff were helpful and approachable. Melissa went above and beyond to advise with issues found and to assist with a 'pushy' agent (whilst remaining professional). Everything was explained clearly and we felt well informed throughout. Emails, phone calls and face to face meetings all dealt with in a friendly, professional manner and would not hesitate to recommend or use again in future.
